Singapore — Day 3 Making Every Moment Count

Suntec City Fountain of Wealth, Chinatown, Orchard Road, Takashimaya Shopping Centre, and Gardens by the Bay at night

It’s our last day touring around Singapore—so sad! We went straight to Suntec City to visit the Fountain of Wealth, a symbol of prosperity and life. You can actually go inside the fountain to make a wish, but unfortunately, it was closed when we were there. If you want to experience it, check the schedule below.

Daily Touch Water Sessions:
10 AM to 12 PM
2 PM to 4 PM
6 PM to 7:30 PM

After checking out Suntec City, we rushed to Chinatown for some last-minute souvenir shopping. I love the vibe in Chinatown, and I highly recommend it if you’re looking to buy souvenirs, do some shopping, or try street food. The prices here are similar to those at Mustafa Centre, but the atmosphere in Chinatown is a winner!

We went back to the hotel to drop off our bags filled with souvenirs and other items, then headed to Orchard Road. There are plenty of luxury brand shops here, so if you’re a fan of high-end items, add this to your itinerary.

I only have a few good photos from Day 3—I was too busy saying goodbye to Singapore. Oh no! I’ll be back!

The best thing about Orchard Road is the Takashimaya Shopping Centre. There are so many food and drink options inside, and I think it’s one of my favorites here. See you again, Takashimaya!

We had handmade noodles from Formosa Delights. You have to try this. This is so good!

Before ending our day, we made sure to catch the light show at Gardens by the Bay, and we’re so happy we made it on time. The lights and music were absolutely beautiful. Thank you, Singapore! It was a quick trip, but we made so many happy memories!
